About the event
Get cosy and enjoy real comfort food this Winter with Irene and Brenda Flannery who have put their heads together to bring you this fabulous workshop. Brenda is a Plant-Based Chef, owner of Thyme Out in Dingle and Irene is a Nutritional Therapist (omnom.ie) and they are sisters who just love cooking with plants. This interactive workshop will explain and demonstrate the how and why of adding more plants into your diet everyday. You will learn how to put balanced meals together that are healthy and super tasty. You will taste everything, you will gain confidence putting plant-based ingredients together and get loads of tips on how to repeat and whip up fantastic meals entirely from plants. The greatest thing about this workshop is that Irene and Brenda will cook for you and eat with you in a fabulous feast of plant-based dishes. Recipe handouts included. Come along on your own or with a buddy, you will be made very welcome in this fun, healthy and unbelievably tasty event in the gorgeous setting of Thyme Out Café in Dingle.
