A Unique Blend of Nutrition, Gardening & Seasonal Well-Being
Nourish, Grow, Thrive is led by Irene Flannery, a nutritional therapist and medicinal chef, and Marike Dunk, an organic gardener and Social Therapeutic Horticulture Practitioner. Together, they bring a holistic, hands-on approach to seasonal well-being, combining nutrition, gardening and mindful self-care to help you align with natureβs rhythms for greater health and vitality.

πΏ Irene Flannery has over 15 years of experience in nutrition, food as medicine and holistic cooking. She specializes in seasonal eating and wholefood nutrition, helping people reconnect with food as a source of nourishment, resilience and well-being. Her approach blends traditional wisdom with modern nutritional science, showing how seasonal foods and mindful self-care can support a deeper connection to nature and a more sustainable approach to health.
π± Marike Dunk is an organic gardener, educator and facilitator with over 20 years of experience in horticultural projects. As a qualified Practitioner of Social Therapeutic Horticulture, she takes a gentle, person-centred approach, using garden-based activities to support both physical and mental well-being. She believes that growing your own food, connecting with nature and living in rhythm with the seasons are powerful tools for self-care and a more fulfilling, mindful way of life.

Spring is a time of renewal and fresh growth, both in nature and in ourselves. In this session, you will:

β Discover the power of sprouting as an easy, nutrient-dense way to grow food at home
β Explore how seasonal eating supports renewal and vitality

Healthy soil creates thriving plants, just as a healthy gut microbiome supports resilience and well-being. In this session, you will:
βMake fermented plant juice and natural amendments to enrich plant growth and nourish the soil ecosystem
