Speaking & Talks

I speak at community events, workshops, festivals and gatherings β€” sharing practical, grounded ways to support health through food, without overcomplicating it.

My approach is warm, engaging and rooted in real life β€” blending nutritional science with everyday cooking and leaving people falling in love with food and with something they can actually use.

Talk topics

Each talk is shaped around the group, but often explores:

  • Why eating well has become so confusing β€” and how to make it simple and doable again

  • What it really means to eat well (beyond trends, rules, and headlines)

  • Seasonal eating β€” and how it quietly supports energy, digestion and overall wellbeing

  • The gut, the microbiome and what actually matters day to day

  • Blood sugar, energy, and why many of us feel constantly tired

  • Eating in a way that supports strength, vitality and healthy ageing

  • How to set up your pantry to build meals that are nourishing, satisfying and realistic to cook

  • Food as medicine β€” not just in theory, but in everyday practice

Who I speak to

My work is best suited to groups who are curious about food, health, and how to make everyday choices feel a little more manageable.

I work with community groups, festivals, workplace wellbeing programmes, and education settings β€” anywhere people are open to learning, reflecting, and perhaps doing things a little differently.

Whether the focus is on building healthier habits, supporting energy and wellbeing, or simply making food feel less confusing, my aim is always the same: to leave people with something practical, reassuring, and easy to bring into daily life, long after the talk is over.
